El chatbot es capaz de interactuar con el ser humano manteniendo conversaciones sencillas, un ejemplo claro de un chatbot ser\u00eda Siri de Apple o Cortana de Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>Este software de inteligencia artificial se ha convertido en uno de los m\u00e1s demandados por parte de las empresas, ya que ayudan a <strong>agilizar la gesti\u00f3n de sus servicios, impidiendo as\u00ed que los usuarios se frustren por no recibir respuesta ante sus dudas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es muy importante que los chatbots tenga un dise\u00f1o definido ya que es el camino por el cual transitar\u00e1 el usuario y en la que puede ofrecer valor.
