No es \u201chacer un logo\u201d. Es definir:<\/p><ul><li>Qui\u00e9n eres (identidad)<\/li><li>Para qui\u00e9n eres (p\u00fablico)<\/li><li>Por qu\u00e9 importas (propuesta de valor)<\/li><li>C\u00f3mo te diferencias (posicionamiento)<\/li><li>C\u00f3mo hablas y c\u00f3mo se te reconoce (tono, narrativa, identidad visual, sistema)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Branding<\/strong> = estrategia + sistema + coherencia + experiencia.<\/p><h3>Ejemplo f\u00e1cil<\/h3><p>Una empresa nace o cambia de etapa y necesita <strong>una marca nueva<\/strong>: nombre, relato, valores, arquitectura, identidad visual, web, tono, piezas\u2026 todo.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udccc Si solo cambias el logo y no lo dem\u00e1s, no has hecho branding. Aqu\u00ed ya no hablamos de maquillaje: hablamos de <strong>reposicionamiento<\/strong>, de <strong>relato<\/strong> y, muchas veces, de <strong>producto\/servicio y mercado<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Puede incluir (o no) un cambio visual fuerte. Pero lo esencial es que cambia el n\u00facleo de la marca:<\/p><ul><li>cambias el p\u00fablico<\/li><li>cambias la promesa<\/li><li>cambias la categor\u00eda o el enfoque<\/li><li>cambias la percepci\u00f3n que quieres generar<\/li><\/ul><p>Y s\u00ed: a veces implica <strong>cambio de nombre<\/strong>, de arquitectura, de tono y de universo visual.<\/p><h3>Se\u00f1ales t\u00edpicas de rebranding<\/h3><ul><li>Tu negocio ha evolucionado y tu marca se ha quedado contando \u201cla historia antigua\u201d.<\/li><li>Est\u00e1s en una guerra de precio y necesitas reposicionarte en valor.<\/li><li>Has cambiado de target o de territorio.<\/li><li>Te perciben como algo que ya no eres.<\/li><li>Tu marca tiene mala reputaci\u00f3n o asociaciones negativas.<\/li><li>Tu identidad no representa tu visi\u00f3n futura.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Ejemplo f\u00e1cil<\/h3><p>Una empresa que era \u201cbarata y para todos\u201d decide ser \u201cpremium y especializada\u201d.<br \/>Eso no se arregla cambiando el logo a minimal.
