Tienen un problema de <strong>coherencia<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Y la incoherencia es car\u00edsima. Porque hace que el cliente dude. Y cuando el cliente duda, hace lo que mejor sabe hacer: <strong>irse<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Un branding coherente no es \u201ctener un logo bonito\u201d. Es que tu marca sea <strong>reconocible y fiable<\/strong> en cualquier punto de contacto, aunque cambie el canal, el formato o la persona que lo ejecuta.<\/p><p>Esto es una gu\u00eda para construir esa coherencia. Es <strong>unidad<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Piensa en la Capilla Sixtina: cientos de figuras, escenas y detalles\u2026 y aun as\u00ed todo responde a una l\u00f3gica est\u00e9tica y narrativa.
